One package. One price.
We don't do tiers, teasers or twelve-month discounts that quietly expire. There is one connection and it costs the same in year three as it does in month one.
10Mbps
£15 per month
One-off set-up: £200
- Unlimited data, no fair-use throttling
- Rooftop aerial and router included in the set-up
- No phone line and no line rental
- Installation by a local engineer
- Free line-of-sight survey before you commit
What the £200 covers
The set-up fee is charged once, when we install. It pays for the physical work of getting a radio link onto your property:
- The site survey and alignment to our nearest mast
- The outdoor aerial unit and its bracket
- Cabling from the aerial into the house, weatherproofed
- The indoor router, configured and tested
- An engineer's time on the day
After that the only bill is £15 a month.

Straight answers on cost
Is the £200 refundable?
It's charged on the day of installation, once we've confirmed at survey that your address works. If the survey says we can't reach you, you pay nothing at all.
Can I spread the set-up cost?
Talk to us. We can usually arrange to split it over a few months for households who'd rather not pay it in one go.
Does the monthly price go up after a year?
No. £15 is the price. If we ever need to change it we'd write to every customer well in advance.
Do I need to keep my BT line?
No. The connection is entirely wireless, so you can cancel your line rental if you only kept it for broadband.
